Turnkey construction of a long-haul fiber optic backbone connecting six states, including trenching, ducting, splicing, and commissioning of transmission equipment. The project was delivered across difficult terrain while maintaining existing right-of-way agreements.
The new backbone carries wholesale capacity for three national carriers.
